It's not really like he has much of a choice but to fess up to his obsession with Cat. He got in a duel to the death for it, has two large scars over it, and is really the one action that has defined the person he came to be. He feels he got screwed over by a brute Stark, so he goes around bragging that he took her V-Card, thus giving Ned a sullied bride. So no, he's still not honest at all about Cat and has lied about her and to her to manipulate everyone around him.

I want to mention something else about LF that I've noticed that connects to this but I don't want to risk posting something that the show-only watchers haven't seen happen yet. Think I'm going to copy this quote and write my true response in the Crackpot thread.
