If offering Sims would have locked up Rob or Hootie for thst matter, it would have been well worth it. Package deals happen all the time. Bama knew it was worth it.

gotta think with this crop of 5* recruits, wasting a scholly on someone just to get someone we want doesn't make since. But if we miss on CR because we had schooly to burn and didn't well that would be a problem. Only time gonna tell if we were right or wrong depending on who we end up signing. I just really thin CR see Bama success and Saban as god and thus made his decision based on their current success.
