ESPN report has two unidentified non-players in the car with him, so, ummm, DUH - you think he might say the weed wasn't his?

if true, honestly, if it was in a backpack in the back seat, there's a good chance he could get the charges dropped. the NFL's substance abuse policy could still give him trouble regardless, however, given this would be his second offense.
