Yes, I'd make the trade without question.
AD (assuming this is "All Day" - Peterson) and Forte is just about the best RB1,RB2 combo you can hope to get and I think Brown (and maybe Miller) will be more than serviceable in the flex.
I would definitely upgrade Nicks to Jeffery in this situation.

I'm probably done relying on Miller though. I would trade him if I could get any value at all
