Our time period of being LSU fans parallel one another, and I see it the exact way you see it. I wonder how long we're going to milk 2003/2007. Before the elite period, we milked the hell out of 1958, as though that was good enough and if you expected any more than that you were being unrealistic and ridiculous.
Meanwhile, there are other programs who went through cyclical downswings and made a decision to pull the trigger and make a top notch hire to get back up again. Not us. It's so g damn frustrating. Especially with the perspective that you nailed.
