No way. He is actually one of the smartest fighters of all-time. Being undefeated with a good resume says a lot. Is boxing down, yes. However it isn't like PBF is ducking anyone legit.
Up to this point, the only fight we have missed out on was Pac-Man and that would of been an utter destruction anyway.

No. One of the most underrated in my opinion. A lot of people hate him and don't rate him highly because of it.
They also hold others, like Ali, too highly because over time the legend became greater than the man.

Is he overrated? Yes. He is most certainly a billy bad arse who has some of the best tactics and boxing skills around. But he is just not as good as his undefeated record might make him seem.
Is he the most overrated? Not even close. That would be one Iron Mike Tyson.
