I've never heard Les give a motivation talk. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think Tigers have been this big of a dog in his time here. I just hope he can pull something out of his hat (no pun intended) to get the team fired up and ready to play. What concerns me is a lot of the stuff Les says is laughable, and the team does not take him serious.....

I do see some similarities between this and the Les Miles Play for Victory video....they do sound a bit alike in some parts.
