Funny the movie you quoted has extreme bullying that leads to the death of a Sergeant and a suicide...

the movie is liberal-based nonsense in the first half with a person who would have never been allowed to become that guy

funny that you tried to make a point about a movie that created a character that could never exist in reality to make a point

Funny at the time that was considered the most realistic portrayal of boot camp ever.

You grasp at straws too much when you get called out.

Maybe in your delusion, but until opposing counsels meet there is no basis for your assumption.

This will probably be settled out of court anyway.

And it's not like Martin is poor. There is a very good chance he comes from more wealth than anyone on that team.

JM's agent trying to swing the PR back in his client's favor since it's become clear his vaginitis was the real problem.

You clearly give Chad a run for his money in terms of stupidity.

Or agreement to sequester evidence between Martin's attorneys, the NFLPA, and/or the Dolphins counsel.

Well, I'm no lawyer, but wouldn't that be the exact opposite of sequestering evidence by Martin's attorney?

not pyle. he is a symbol, not reality

r lee was real b/c he was, well, real

pyle is a construct. he has no place in reality and no place in a discussion about reality

i'm curious what kind of lawsuit could be brought, and against whom

if martin tries to bring a racial discrimination suit for a team in a league that's like 75$ black, i will L-O-L

have you not seen the reports of Philbin telling teammates to toughen Martin up and Martins agent reaching out to Ireland regarding the bullying and Ireland telling the agent he should punch Incognito?

Martin will get a settlement here if there is any shred of truth to those 2 stories.

what's the cause of action?

is this outrageous behavior in the context of the NFL? no

is there any negligence? not really. it would fail the hand formula and almost assuredly the duty risk analysis

maybe an intentional infliction of emotional distress suit against incognito, but that's really weak in the context of the NFL

The teammates have been unnamed the whole time. Incognito just has an unfortunate last name

you can't answer that since you don't know all the details.

coach and GM know what's happening, do nothing, dude ends up in a treatment facility.

He'll get paid, I'm pretty certain.
