So even with a down year and transition year, UF still remained higher.

Oregon had one year without Chip Kelly as HC and he was their OC that year, so I'd say it's reasonable to count that year since it was their lowest ranking in that time frame.

Also, I added several other teams that outperformed LSU including Boise St and TCU that both outperformed LSU, putting LSU at 8th best ranking so far, and I have done a full analysis.

You also gave UF 2010 and LSU 2008 a ranking of 26... And the dog shite 2011 UF team skews their ranking because you have to give them a 26 too.
