Oregon OSU and FLA had multiple coaches over that span. So only 2 programs (Bama and Oklahoma) have coaches with better average final rankings over the last 5 years. I'd say Les is getting paid fair market value.

So even with a down year and transition year, UF still remained higher.
Oregon had one year without Chip Kelly as HC and he was their OC that year, so I'd say it's reasonable to count that year since it was their lowest ranking in that time frame.
Also, I added several other teams that outperformed LSU including Boise St and TCU that both outperformed LSU, putting LSU at 8th best ranking so far, and I have done a full analysis.
