Are people really making fun of Arkansas and Tennessee for paying first year coaches that are rebuilding programs? Some of you really have no sense of circumstances. Hell, Saban went 7-6 his first year at Bama. Turning around a program doesn't happen overnight.

Bama went 10-2 and 6-6. Before saban. Shula had some bad luck with injuries. What turn around?
