OP, try Shula's or Todd English Bluee Zoo at the Swan & Dolphin hotel and resort between Epcot and Hollywood Studios

If you want to go to Downtown Disney, Wolfgang Puck (not cafe or express) is pretty good and House of Blues has a late night Happy Hour with great prices from 10 pm to close ($3 domestics, $3.75 imports)

Thanks for the tips guys. North was definitely the wrong direction there, Degas. I didn't realize there was a Shula's here. May try to steer that direction.
