there is no good food near the parks. you need to expand your travel area. For italian i would suggest terramia, or christini's. the best steak in town is at del frisco's

OP, try Shula's or Todd English Bluee Zoo at the Swan & Dolphin hotel and resort between Epcot and Hollywood Studios

If you want to go to Downtown Disney, Wolfgang Puck (not cafe or express) is pretty good and House of Blues has a late night Happy Hour with great prices from 10 pm to close ($3 domestics, $3.75 imports)
