I've got an expandable rack round table top system. If I just do 4-5 levels I can do a batch in 6-7 hours but if I load all 8 racks it will take 12 hours or so and I have to rotate the racks every 4 hours or so for it to all finish at the same time.

Thank you everyone for all of the information. I'm going to use a simple marinade and maybe add a little red pepper and brown sugar. I'll try out the new dehydrator that I purchased over the weekend and will let you guys know how it turned out.
