In addition to his total lack of confidence. Guys get open. They get separation. The route trees are fine. What's predictable has been where Schaub was going with the ball and it was easy for defenses to manipulate him.
Also, I'm kind of starting to think that Kubiak really isn't an issue but that it was Schaub's limitations all along: zero mobility, not a big arm, etc.
