I'll give my take.

I did not buy BF4 because i got raped too bad on BF3 last year. I simply don't play enough.

I like this year's version of COD. I like the level up system much better. It keeps you goal oriented. Before, it was too easy to unlock and maximize your weapons. I'm a level 11 right now, and have only really used 4 guns. All of the extra perks and attachments take time to acquire, therefore, leading to a much longer playability than the first.

The Thermal scope is a bit unfair. By itself, it's pretty clear to see the other players, but if that guy does not have some sort of thermal. blocking perk, it's like Christmas. Thermal on Blops2 was awful, and i never used it. Very Grainy. This year it's pretty sweet. But also frustrating if you haven't reached that perk yet to block thermal. The sniper rifles are pretty deadly this year too.

I find it hard to find players in the on-screen map, when they fire. I think the orange bloop needs to be a little more clearly defined.

I don't see myself ever using additional squad members. I bought an extra dude yesterday to see what the deal was, and it's basically like prestiging. Each squad member starts out at rank 1. So you must build up each character.

The maps are interesting. I prefer more open maps. But they aren't bad. Lots of multi-levels.

I am still unclear on how gaining squad points work. I understand you get them when you achieve something, but i don't know when. Do you get the squad points once you achieve the objective, or do you get them once you buy a new set of objectives?
