They should of amnestied Perkins and paid Harden, and Ibaka. But, if it came down to keeping Ibaka or Harden, I understand why they kept Ibaka over him. Not saying Ibaka is a better player than Harden or whatever, but he brings something to the OKC team that they lacked and sorely needed.
Why not get a player that fits their team better?

For them to provide the scoring punch that is required off the bench, but at a much cheaper cost, while maintaining a frontline that can defend some of the talented western conference PF's and Centers.
