He'll need to hit 3s to be an upper echelon guard in the NBA. There have been good/great guards who weren't sharp shooters, but they also tend to be better at limiting turnovers. The guy's not terrible, but I do think he yet again exposes the flaws in PER.

he shot poorly and too many from 3 in a few games. so what? the turnover number is ridiculous and will go down significantly.
even with those numbers, he's still great out there.
...absolutely great defender and does things in all categories that you only see from a few guards in the league
