Chances Carolina goes into Candlestick Park and beats SF?

Both teams are riding winning streaks, with SF winning its last 5 and Carolina its last 4 games. However, both teams have not played great teams in those streaks (SF's opponents the last 5 games have a combined record of 13-28; Carolina's last 4 opponents a paltry 6-27).
Colin Kaepernick and Cam Newton will be facing off, but who will have the better game? Cam Newton has the better stats so far this season, but it seems Cam has struggled lately while Colin is starting to improve. It really comes down to Carolina's offensive playcalling, which we all know can make you scratch your head at times.
Of course, this game will be marketed for its defensive matchup. Carolina's D has been outstanding this season, while SF's D is improving, but we will see once SF starts playing better teams.
And, last but not least, the SF running game against the Carolina run D. SF is first in the league in rushing, but Carolina has the second best run D in the NFL. It will be interesting to see if Carolina can slow down the SF rushing attack.
Carolina is only one game behind the Saints in the division. If Carolina can pull a win out this weekend, it seems the NFC South might have a tight division race.
Bonus Question: Who has a better chance at winning their division?

Carolina has a chance, every team every week has a chance IMO.
The 49ers are coming off a bye and are getting healthy. However, I doubt Manningham plays too many snaps, as they will work him in. With Crabtree still out that means the 49ers are still down to only two receiving threats (Bolding and Davis).
Aldon Smith playing will help, if he is in football shape.
I think its a low scoring game with long time consuming drives. Cam Newton will turn the ball over a few times and the 49ers pull out the W.

Carolina is not good enough to go into Candlestick and beat the 49ers. And it would take a complete collapse by the Saints for Carolina to win that division.

Punchers chance.
Coming off a bye Harbaugh has a disgusting win %. This will be the best oline Carolina has faced. Lunch and Peterson are great backs but shitty oline. Gore is a above avg back with the best line in football. He goes over 100 and Niners win going away.
27-13

I think they have a shot with that defense that they have.
but I think their offense will get pushed around by the 49ers. Remember, the Arizona Cardinals got after Cam Newton and sacked him a frick ton when they played earlier in the year. The Cardinals won that game by the way.
should be a low scoring ballgame. I say the 49ers take it by a score of like 23-13.
