I didn't mean we had a high hit rate in regards to head-to-head recruiting battles for La kids. I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is zero. I meant that the guys we have gotten, whether LSU didn't like them or didn't push for them because of numbers, have been very good for us. Patrick Lewis C, Jonathan Stewart LB, Deshazor Everett DB, Floyd Raven DB, Julien Obioha DE for example, and the guys from last year's recruiting class, Washington, Claiborne and Ellis, have all done very well as freshman. That's why I always like to take a few La kids in each class.

Most of these guys didn't even have LSU offers. UT has had way more success in recent years then taking LA kids then good ole A&M
