On a past episode rick said he could only deal in guns that were considered antiques so I'm assuming he has a CCR license. Probably to much hassle to get an FFL in Nevada.

You okay buddy?

There was a news story about a guy in his 30's that got stabbed by his step son yesterday here in Shreveport. Same first name as you...

I concur.

For a pawn brokerage to not have an FFL seems somewhat strange. I must assume it has something to do with the background checks on all the employees (*cough* Chumlee and Big Hoss *cough*) that might knock them out of FFL territory. It's also possible that the Harrisons don't want the hassle of doing the NCIS paperwork and background checks required to sell firearms with an FFL.

1. It's a C&R License. It stands for Curios and Relics, not Creedence Clearwater Revival.

2. A C&R License does not give an individual permission to DEAL in firearms. It is for individuals to enhance their personal collection only.

3. Guns that are considered antiques do not require any license to buy/sell/trade. That is why those are the only ones he can deal in if he does not have his FFL.
