Visuals were great and they executed the battle room very well. If you read the book and expect it to resemble the movie closely, you will be disappointed. Graff was very one dimensional, which was disappointing.

There was no sense of time - he says he's burnt out and tired of competing, but it feels like he's only been there a week to the viewer. For child actors, they did a pretty good job.

Independently of the book, the movie would be a 6 or 7/10. As an adaptation of the book, it very much misses the mark for a 3/10.

In the theater now. Hope the movie is better than the 20 minute wait to get a drink.

1 woman in front of me and she argued over the price for almost 20 minutes.

I feel like this one is a hard book to put on the big screen. Two movies would have been ideal but I am sure this movie was a bit of a risk.
