Haven't read the book, but having parts of your team's bodies paralyzed seems to parallel the sacrifice of part of the fleet in order to achieve the larger goal of getting to the other team's gate/the alien home world.

How good is the IMAX for this? I would imagine certain scenes are incredible, but I'm debating whether or not to opt for the regular showing.

I understand this in an abstract way, but I was always hoping it was something specific to the way the buggers fought. It was such a focal point of the way Ender fought I hoped it was something more than a lesson in fighting while injured or thinking outside the box.
