Lacoutre will be that guy to be a animal. Like brockers he played end and grew into a DT. Hell brocker was tightend in high school.

AJ90 can be that guy but he needs to put on 20 lbs of beef. That would get him up to 315ish and allow him to dominate the front rather than hold the front.
