Went to the Mandeville game Friday night. This kid made a great one handed TD catch and at least one more TD on a deep crossing route. He's got pretty good speed and really good hands. Still a couple years away and I dont think he has any offers yet. May be someone to keep your eye on, but a lot will probably have to do with where Ed is coaching in a couple of years.

Yeah, a lot of buzz about him over the last 6 months or so.

Is this kid one of his twins? If so, is the other one playing?

I dont know if they are twins, but I know his brother is an excellent tennis player

If I had to guess he will follow ED

Do you think Ed pays his own son to play for him?

it doesn't matter. kids cost a lot of money no matter what they do or where they go.

Not necessarily since Ed is in LA and his son is in Mandeville.

I'm going to guess he has deceptive speed and high football IQ

And you can't understand a word he says. Yaw

He's a beast. Probably gonna see some big time offers soon

I worked the MHS / Hammond HS game a few weeks back. I was wondering that. Their QB spun it unlike many HS QB's I've ever seen. Most of the stuff they threw that game was within 10 yards of the LOS that game but sounds like he's one to follow over the next few years.

yeah he's pretty solid, committed to Tulane

Yes he is one of the twins.... The other one doesn't play football anymore

quote:So, is the straight poop out of Mandeville that Ed still wants to come back to La. and coach at LSU and take over as Recruiting Coordinator from Frank. If so, where does he coach, since Haley is DL coach? Miles could possibly split coaching responsibilities into DT's and DE's or move Haley to LB's and let Chavis just concentrate on his DC duties.(While assisting with all the defensive positions)
May be someone to keep your eye on, but a lot will probably have to do with where Ed is coaching in a couple of years.
