3rd down conversions late in the game have cost LSU both games this year.

Just looked up 4th down conversions. LSU is pretty bad defensively, allowing 8 of 16.

The last 4 LSU losses have been almost EXACTLY the same. Starting with bama last year.

the stats are lying.

259 vs TCU(108)
296 vs UAB(96)
190 vs Kent ST(61)
437 vs Auburn(11)
494 vs UGA(46)
468 vs Moo ST(56)
240 vs UF(114)
522 vs Ole Miss(25)
198 vs Furman

played 3 top 50 offenses and we gave up 1500 yards, and if you included Moo ST almost 2000 yards. Defense gave up two game winning drives in the games we lost.
