I have a pair of Muck boots and would recommend them. They're a little pricey but well worth it.

These are the ones I have been rocking for the past 3 years Lacrosse Grange
They fit very snug to my foot and I actually like them better than my insulated Burly boots as far as fit and ease of walking goes. I have worn them many times walking >5mi a day with no problems. IIRC, I paid like $65 for them. I remember buying a pair I guess around 2001 and got them for $45.
Eta: The Burly's will come off of my foot in thick mud if I am not paying attention. The Granges will not. It is something about the ankle fitment that works very well for me
