Society as a whole has a 20 second attention span. Baseball is dying, you gotta keep us entertained with action or we leave to play with our smart phones and laptops. Bring on the gladiators.

Could Bama fans be getting bored with all this winning?

There's a couple things at Bama that I see. One is when the new upper deck was built on the south end it was blocked off for some student seating. We have like 7K down by the field and another 2K in the upper deck or something. ALL of the students move to the lower bowl seats and just sit in the aisles or 20 to a row vs 15, etc. It looks like 1/3 of the upper deck is empty. Fans have been clamoring for us to open up the upper seats for Tide Pride since they will use them.

2nd, if it was a one point game or whatever that's one thing. I'll admit, I left with 8 minutes to go in the Ole Miss game and at the start of the 4th with Arkie. Night games have become a problem. Hardly anybody that goes lives in Tuscaloosa and I have a little 3 year old girl that doesn't have a ticket and her mother and I try to get back as fast as we can. If it's a 2:30 game it's a little different but a 6 PM game I'm luck to get home at 1 or 2 if I stay the whole game. Had Arky been 21-20 in the 4th I'm sure we'd have stayed. I don't know any fanbase that would have stayed the entire game of the Ole Miss or Arky games with the scores as they were but whatever. People buy tickets and they can do with them what they will.
