You do realize that once it is lifted, it all goes downhill from there, right? Being stuck for days, broken parts, expensive tires, etc are all examples of what fun comes with a lifted truck. Have you ever seen the movie "Money Pit"?
On a smaller truck, 33s are perfect. On a bigger truck, 35s are perfect. I have heard of people just leveling an F150 and putting 35" tires on them. Go for as small a lift you need to fit 35s and it'll be golden.
