Wasn't Derek Anderson a Pro Bowler in the 10-6 season?
Things are cyclical, but yeah, it seems like forever since a top-level QB played for Cleveland.

He could actually sling it.
I'm starting to debate which is the least entertaining division in the NFL...AFC North of NFC West.
AFC North is full of pretty solid defenses, pretty rancid offenses and generally mediocre QBs (Flacco , Dalton & now Campbell )
Then you have the NFC West with two strong teams (Seattle and SF) and two god-awful teams in STL and Arizona.
