1. Archery, black powder, or rifle?
2. Private land or national forest ?
3. You want to have to draw a tag or looking for over the counter tags or landowner tags?
4. Want to stay in a lodge or cabin or would you prefer a back country horseback hunt in tents?
5. What is most important aspect to you? Experience, coming home with meat, antler score, seeing some pretty country?

1) rifle
2) doesnt matter
3) looking for over the counter/landowner. that was one of the reasons we were looking at new mexico. i was told you get over the counter there. is that true?
4) which ever is the cheaper route. i personally like the idea of horseback in tents
5) actually killing. doesnt need to be a boone and crocket. just want the experience, killing a bull, and see some country
