I don't think it would be that pricey.

The tracks are already built most importantly. And im not suggesting a fancy locomotive or japanese bullet train. Just a transport trolley train.

The tracks are railroad gauge, you can't put a street car (one with a trolley) or light rail on them.

Until the early 60's a train came from New Orleans to the game, is that economically feasible today?

Amtrak isn't going to do it? Who has an engine and passenger cars?
