Creative parking and congestion solution

Could a long trolley-train of sorts be used to transport people to the stadium from north baton rouge or gretna or whever those tracks wind up? The tracks go right by the stadium and could help spread out parking. Also a ferry going up and down the mississippi isn't an awful idea.
Thoughts?

The new nicholson development plans have an option of a trolley line running from downtown to LSU.

But that plan has been lessened and lessened from what it was 2 yrs ago. Once again, cheap rules!

Can't LSU have several of those shuttles like the airport parking services such as park n fly?

There are some huge fields on Nicholson and River Road that would be great for a large parking lot with shuttles.

Not bad ideas, but pretty pricey solutions to be used only a couple of nights per year...
