This is the first time since 2010 that we have sought a price increase for football,” LSU Vice-Chancellor and Director of Athletics Joe Alleva said. “This increase is necessary for us to stay competitive at the highest level of collegiate athletics, but also because of the rising costs of doing business on a daily basis.

Brilliant frickheads. What they don't say is that the last price increase they voted in and implemented in 2010 consisted of a 3 year price increase. So they so kindly allowed us to have one year (2013) without a price increase. Thanks alot. When this vote on price increases is performed, it will be for another 3 year price increase each year. LSU is a smart business. Avoid those taxes by raising those "TAF donation fees". No other business could do this.

LSU is re-living the UGA model in this respect. And that ain't good.

UGA was sticking it to their fans, but the fans pushed back... https://blogs.ajc.com/uga-sports-blog/2010/06/11/donation-level-required-for-new-uga-season-tickets-falls-to-1550/
