You're delusional if you think Louisiana is infinitely hotter than the rest of the southeast and should probably do more traveling.

It's hotter in LA later in the year. Eastern time zones make a difference too. I guess you missed when I said this time of year.

4:30 kickoff. Some perspective: The high on September 7th in athens was the same as the high in mid October in La. It was in the 70's by the end of the game.


I've been to every campus in the SEC, and I lived in Memphis all summer, it isn't near as consistently hot as in LA. I don't deny that it gets hot everywhere in the southeast, but Athens has consistently been in the 70s the last few weeks.
