Networks will do anything for ratings, so why can't they add a second night game on the 23rd? How much advance do they need? In other words, if we beat Bama on the 9th, why not move LSU-A&M to prime time?

They can add a second game at night. They will have to negotiate it with ESPN and espn will get the rights to one game the following year. Both are likely if LSU beats bama. If LSU loses then it will be a 2:30 game. LSU - Bama will be at night.

Because CBS only has ONE pick (1st pick) per week, except 10/19 and 11/9 when they can air a doubleheader.

When we beat Bama, there will be a definite push to make the A&M game a prime-time night game in TS.

Book it.

I think it has something to do with an agreement with the other networks. There is precedence for the other networks allowing it to happen in exchange for future considerations.

What games are worth a doubleheader this weekend?

I also believe it would take an upset of Alabama by LSU to move our game with A&M to primetime.
