2DS is a little awkward to hold and doesn't have the 3D effect but was a lot cheaper than a regular 3DS ($160) and 3DSXL ($200) and plays all the 3DS games.

Should have handed over $30 more bucks for a much better experience.

The 2DS was awkward as hell to hold and I could never get a good viewing angle. Terrible idea IMO. Gratz on joining the fun though!

The system has so many great games on it between the DS and 3DS library that it makes forking over 200 for a 3DSXL worth it.

Yea yesterday I had plans to wait til next week and buy the 3DSXL but I got the itch and had to pull the trigger.

Not sure why they decided to put the controls right in the middle of the 2DS instead of on either the top or bottom half of the system but its not too bad.

Moving left on the stick or d bad is the most uncomfortable thing about it and its only a minor inconvenience.
