Our defense is the reason we are 5-1 and should be 6-0. Sean Payton and his dumbass offense lost this game.

It is the offense's fault. For sure

This is what I hate most after this. All and all they played their hearts out and we couldn't seal the deal.

Going for the jugular was inappropriate last week and we won. Going for jugular this week and getting one first down woulda won it.

Our defense had to stop the GOAT qb not once, not twice, but THREE times from scoring a game-winning TD.

This is on the playcalling and offense.

I'm going to take a shower in the hottest water I can stand and cut my wrists.

Thanks Prevent. Rushing 3 men you've got to be kidding me...

Don't forget running the prevent in the last drive. Rushing 3 men. I would say 28 out of 32 QBs in the league would tear any team apart if they can campout in the backfield and throw the football.

People are acting like the Saints would have gotten 3rd and 8 passing the ball for sure. Payton's problem is he won't run the ball even against vulnerable teams. Then he asks the offense to pound out first downs late and is surprised they cannot do it.

I wonder how many fans left the pats game early to get to the Red Sox game and missed that ending thinking it was over?

Not many...Foxboro is a long ways away from Boston. If any tried, they would be lucky to get to Fenway before the 6th inning.

None of the networks have the guts to mention the obvious holding call on the last play. NBC even diagramed the last play and the only thing they neglected to mention was the Patriots right tackle nearly tackling the Saints player. Guess the NFL made sure all networks had the talking notes when reviewing the game.

Sorry...but that 4th down pass was dropped by the receiver...not because of a play made by the defense.

If he had caught it, Edelman would still have been down by contact just short of the first down.

Don't worry.

The NFL will send the Saints a letter apologizing for missing the call.

If I was Tom Benson, I would call a meeting with CSP and Ryan.
I would ask them who was responsible for calling the prevent D in that last drive. I would fine that person, but keep everything quite.

Next, I would tell them both that I never want to see us rushing 3 people when the games on the line. Finally, I would tell them if it happens again, the person responsible would be fired the next day. Yes, I am pissed off. That game was ours.
