Look at it from Duran's perspective. He'd already beaten SR after moving up in class.
How many times are you supposed to kick a guy's arse that's naturally bigger than you to prove a point?
The money was prolly too much for Duran to turn down, but again these guy's weren't natural sized rivals, SR was the bigger man.
