Chimes, Parrains, Sammys, Stroubes. I'm sure I've butchered the spelling on a couple of those. We're staying downtown, so the steak place is convenient. I think Chimes is fantastic. I've loved everything I've ordered there during my previous trips to BR.

Stroube's is no longer really steak focused but they do have a lot of great food. Restaurant IPO, also downtown, is now home to the old chef at Stroube's. It's more tapas style dining, though.

I thought Todd going to George's was an enormous whiff. It's pretty good, but nothing special for BTR.
