PPR - R. Bush + Woodhead for AP

14-team PPR.
His team: AP, David Wilson, Johnathan Franklin, Chris Ivory
My team: Jamaal Charles, Reggie Bush, Danny Woodhead, Lamar Miller
Is Reggie + Woodhead too much to give up for AP? Bear in mind it's PPR, so Woodhead is the 11th ranked RB through 5 weeks. And we all know the season Reggie's having (10th ranked PPR RB, despite missing 1 week). Both players would be immediate starters on this guy's team (AP is all he has). And I would be able to upgrade my RB1b (J. Charles is 1a). It's a win-win trade IMO, provided the guy would even take it. Woodhead, at best, is a flex play or buy-week fill-in on my team, and I have Blackmon as my WR3 to occupy the flex spot, so I have no use for Woody.
Two questions. 1. Is it a reasonable trade offer? 2. Would I be giving up too much value to get AP?
