Would like to see Ronald Martin get more playing time. His pass break up was a thing of beauty.
If you are talking about the one I think you are, almost any College level QB would have completed that for a TD. We were just lucky it was MSU and Prescott lofted that up with about as much zip on it as your average rant poster. lol

They seemed to tackle much better in the second half. I couldn't understand the missed tackles on States runners in the first half....Chavis must have lit someone up during the halftime, IMO.

I am glad we won and I am glad our defense only surrendered 3 points in the 2nd half, that being said Miss St really imploded more than LSU's defense shut them down. On the first drive of the half until the stop inside our 10yard line and the ensuing field goal it was truly nothing different than the first half. I want our defense to improve as much as everyone but they are really bad.
The bright spots in the game is I truly feel we have 2 new corners White & RR that even though they did get burned a few times they just seemed to play the position better and definitely were not afraid to help in run support. Hopefully that will allow the defense front 7 to concentrate more on stopping the run, because we seriously need to figure this out. UF's new QB is starting to find his rhythm and next week is not going to be a walk in the park for our offense. We will score but to think we are going to put up 40pts might be asking a lot.
