I have 5/5 enlighten on my TG as the talent he intially received when I bought him. He is way higher level than the rest of my heroes as a result. He does a lot more damage comparatively and I spend enough gems on trying to improve other hero talents that its not worth changing right now.

He will only get so far ahead because you will run into the HB brick wall. At that point you should start rolling his talent.
