So, almost as bad as people picking off resources in a hit and run raid is when they end the raid at 95%, so instead of 10hr shield you only get 5hr.
The recording of this raid is pretty funny though. He had his TG pounding my outer buildings so he procced on all my heroes, as usual. He decided to march out his mecha men at my towers once all heroes were dead EXCEPT for Immo who had a shred of life left. Immo proceeded to proc and killed 14 mecha men single-handedly (well, the towers had his back) before they could take down a single tower.
I might make a shitty video by recording tablet with phone and post a gif because I love it so much.
All he had to do was wait for TG to proc one more time, and those mecha men would have lived to fight another day.

So it looks like the 6th hero and bumping PD up to 5/9 got me to being able to farm G. I beat it 3 times in a row, never lost a hero and lost 1 tower once.
Now if only there was some way for me to practice boss fights...
