Also I got Poli to turn the guild over to me for a bit so I could change the flags from protection to riches. But is it better to have protection flags or riches? Also, it says I can't change because all of the protection flags have to be used up first. But what if some random dude who never plays has one. We are fricked no?

It doesn't count flags in people's possesion. Under flags you'll see we have over 300 available. Those all have to be taken by guild members before you can activate/buy another set of flags. I don't think it's worth hurrying through them just to switch to riches, it's a waste of guild shards. If y'all want to switch to riches flags after we run out naturally, I'm fine with that.
