How do these guild boss fights go down? Do i need to be a certain level to perticipate?

I don't think so. You just show up a little before 9PM and several of us will be online. We chat a bit in the guild chat before we start the fight. When we start it, you click your guild hall and then click the events button. From there you click the fight button and you will see the boss. You will basically just drop all your guys and get your arse kicked. Try to use the magic that is available during the fight (one is invulnerability, the other increases damage, use them both). Once all your guys die, you exit the fight, wait 15 seconds, then do it again. Rinse, repeat until the boss is dead. We generally kill him in less than 3 minutes, so don't be late.

What's the dollar signs for in relation to this game? Under the boss it has $50. Is that earned for killing him or do I need that to buy into the fight?

It's 50 guild credits. The guild gets 1 credit when someone donates 1 shard to the guild.

And it's 50 for boss 1. Boss 2 is 300 and boss 3 is 600. We do boss 2 normally.

wave 3 is where I get my arse reamed in H as well. I usually lose a tower in each of wave 1 and two.
Those Ornathopters are no fricking joke. change them all to level 5 mechamen and I'll bet I can run through it as well.
