The only thing I would think as diffirent is a stouter chicory coffee than Cafe Du Monde which makes me think French Market for the coffee portion of a cup.

All over the place Cafe au lait is springing up on menus.
They put the steamed milk in regular coffee and it tastes almost exactly like a latte'
