Basis for this movement is: Big10 and others think the SEC plays with a bunch of kids who are not really students. That their kids are smart enough to go to college and ours are not. Thus they say it's unfair because this is suppose to be college athletics.

It would kill college athletics. But hey look on the bright side, no more title IX. It would regress back to Harvard and Yale days. They might actually be relevant again lol. Now we will see all that all these parents are full of shite when they say "I just want my child to get the best education". But these minor league teams won't be able to afford a lot. Plus then these kids who go to the minor leagues will have to actually pay for their shite. Food, shelter, clothes, etc. Once the minors realize that that 5 star ain't worth a shite, bam, he's cut. Then what? No money, no scholarship and no more boosters paying them cuz if they stop then that kid who use to be a 5 star who's now a bust, will rat them and the school out. Ain't gonna work. Matter of fact some of these minor league kids will find themselves getting paid less then when they were in college lol. Once you fail in the minors, you can't go back to college, and the pros don't want you. Now you are arena material or for god sakes Canadian league, and no one wants to live in Canada except dirty hippies lol.
