Pretty accurate. And that's with being a million dollar seller... which is why my wife isn't in real estate anymore.

Depends on market, residential here is more 50-75k i would guess. I see value in what i do everyday, but i get it. IMO, Plant jobs and financial advisors can be done by retarded monkeys from my armchair, but I'm sure its short sighted.
