They find a new lease, and the next big spender scoops up the one they just left with grand imaginations of shooting huge arse deer, just like the other 10 groups before them who left disappointed.

That's why you don't see many big old clubs anymore. It's all people bouncing around from one section lease to another section, and spending a whole bunch of money doing it.

Take this site for example, posters post on here pictures of big deer plentiful ducks, etc on a lease. It is possible, in many cases trough the poster's history to find out where it is located. With that information they can head to the court house find the land owner and make and offer...

If you don't own the property you hunt be very careful about what you post...
